How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange or provide workshop services, communicate about your request, maintain required business records, improve our website and protect our services from misuse.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, website analytics and communications where needed to operate the website and workshop. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or where legal, tax or accounting requirements apply.

Online visit requests — 1 October 2026

Our booking form sends your name, contact details, car description, service request and preferred time to the workshop by email for manual follow-up. An assistant may submit these details only with your permission. Do not include identity documents, payment details, VINs, registration plates or sensitive information.

The booking application does not store the form contents. It keeps keyed hashes, a request reference and delivery status to prevent misuse and duplicate emails. This metadata expires after seven days and is removed by daily cleanup. Namecheap provides hosting and sending-mail services; the receiving mailbox uses Google. These providers may process information outside Bahrain.

Requests that do not become a workshop job are retained in the receiving mailbox for no more than 90 days and reviewed monthly for removal. Separate job, invoice and legally required records follow their own retention requirements. Contact the workshop on WhatsApp to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
